Seven Generations Ahead Endowment Fund
The Iroquois charged their leaders to make deliberations considering the impact on the seventh generation, even if it requires "skin as thick as the bark of a pine". In keeping with our namesake and the spirit of considering future generations, Seven Generations Ahead through the Oak Park River Forest Community Foundation has launched its Seven Generations Ahead Endowment Fund designed to secure long-term financial sustainability for the work of Seven Generations Ahead.
The fund offers contributors the opportunity to leave a lasting legacy that will support efforts across generations that promote the development of communities living in kinship with the natural world. SGA welcomes inquiries for those interested in honoring a loved one through a special endowment gift.
