OPRF to D97: Let’s do Lunch
Kudos to Oak Park and River Forest High School and District 97 for working out an arrangement by which the excellent OPRF food service operation will provide hot lunches for Irving and Beye schools. And kudos to those who lobbied for the move, including the organization Seven Generations Ahead.
This seems like such a no-brainer, we can’t help wondering: Why didn’t this happen years ago?
Regardless, it’s good news, and we hope the program expands quickly.
